Program description. Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast offers a text messaging service that sends a booking link and reservation information to callers who request it. Messages are sent only at your request — for example, when you call us and ask us to text you a booking link.
How to opt in. You opt in by verbally requesting a text message during a phone call with us or our virtual receptionist and confirming the mobile number to which the message should be sent. This is a one-time, caller-initiated message. We do not enroll you in any recurring or marketing text program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is limited to the messages you request. In most cases you will receive a single message per request.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out, reply STOP. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will not send you any further messages unless you request a new one.

Room availability and rates are confirmed at the time of booking through our reservation system. Booking links we provide direct you to our secure reservation platform, where the terms of your reservation — including cancellation policies — are presented before you complete your booking.
