Built in 2005, this 36’ x 24’ addition is attached to the rear corner of the house.  The two story structure is architecturally designed to be consistent with the main house.  The roof contour, scalloped shingling, and window features have been carefully designed to conform to the house.  The building itself has two levels.  The first level houses two large garage bays for car parking and workshop area.  The second level consists of two upscale guest rooms with independent stairwell for access.  The addition operates on Municipal water & sewer and independent mechanicals for electrical power, heating and air conditioning.
